Open Question: can make configure gtalk, skype and yahoo messenger in any voip device?

Hi, i am everyday calling to India from Bahrain through Skype, Gtalk or Yahoo Messenger? to my home computer only, its good and working fine, there is any chance available to call without computer? i can configure this messengers in Voip adapter's? for example, i have linksys pap2 voip adaptor, this same device i have in india also, so if i configured these any one, then i call direct without computer? i mean voip to voip can make free call? if any chance available please help me to configure. advance thanks for all....
